Have you tried Toyota? They may be still avaliable. And yes, they are avaliable for 16" or 17". I was looking for GTP for the ZZT231, but decided to keep it stock.

The 17x7's are apparently still available from Toyota Spare parts, but the 16" are no longer available to order. (unless a dealer has a set they ordered and never fitted)
I was looking for a set of these in 16" for my car as I want to get rid of the 17's... but could not find any new..

it was around $850 for 4 rims (including nuts and caps) - but then he said there was no stock..
