3S-GE Vs 3S-GE

Hi guys,
Well with a MR2 on the cards I'm pondering engines, 1991 MR2s have 3S-GE, now late 80's, and the ZR & SX Celicas(I think) up until even the current model also have 3S-GE's. So whats the difference(other than the obvious VVTi), sees on average of all the 3S-GE's that they are 145BHP. I'm not exactly sure what I'm asking but is the 3S-GE from a MR2(n/a) much different to the Celicas one, other than that the MR2 is mid mounted? This is abit of a strange question I spose, its late and I'm tired So I might delete it tomorrow, but if any of this has mad any sense, please post an answer..... *sleep* zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Current models have the zz-ge range of engines. Last 3s in a celica was the last gt4.

I thought they put the 3S-GE in the Celica SX-R in Aus? Not sure which gen, probably 2 or 3 though.
(hijack) Has anyone checked out the new lotus with the 2ZZ-GE? The Elise 111R? It's too heavy compared to the old lotus Elise Sport but it still goes!
