 EOI: ST162 GT4 Gen 1 3sgte blown + 5 speed... whats it worth?

Hey guys i have a mate interested in selling his 3sgte but we have no idea what its worth so basically i thought i'd ask around before i put it up for sale.
It's out of a st162 gt4 celica.
It's fully complete and assembled, everything's stock, not 100% sure on km's but i think it's under 150,000.
He told me that the turbo is fine... no play in shaft, computer and uncut loom are all there, water intercooler, and 5 speed box in excellent condition.
The head gasket is blown, and it needs a rebuild possibly new tappets also.
I work at repco so any required parts can be sourced through me and sold with the motor. But that with be on top of the cost of the motor, but can do trade prices.
Will sell it seperate if i can get enough interest in most of the parts.
Any advice or offers will be much appreciated
