Anyone Know where to connect your Brake Booster Vacuum Hose on a Turbo Car as I Don't think you can connect to the Intake manifold because you would be running Positive pressure.

yep,
depending on the booster and the car it was from, it may have a valve built in, otherwise you need one of these......

Just a quick question on this issue.

What implications does positive pressure have on your booster? Cause theoretically you only use your brake when your foot is off the accelerator meaning it will always be vacuum, and therefore your brakes should work fine.

Positive pressure will just blow a hole in the diaphragm.

Your brake booster almost certainly has a one-way valve in it already. Ever noticed how your brakes are still good for one or two pumps after you shut off the engine before they go rock-hard? That's the valve at work. Adding positive manifold pressure to the equation won't change anything.
