Just copy everything up to the th=xxxx
For example, this thread's URL is this: http://www.toymods.org.au/msgboard/msg.php?th=3045
All you have to do it paste/type it in (including the http://) and it'll automatically be converted to a clickable link.

Copy from the browser address bar?
My address bar always only shows http://www.toymods.org.au/ regardless of where in the toymods site I am. Is this something to do with my browser settings or something?

Ah yeah. That's because the ToyMods site is in a frameset...
If you want to copy the URL of a thread, you have to go back to the thread listing. Right click on the link to the thread and select:
NetScape: Copy Link Location IE: Copy Shortcut
Then you should be able to paste it in...

Or do what I've done, just load http://www.toymods.org.au/msgboard and go from there.
