Engine help needed!

I have a ke20 FINALLY, and am just wondering whats the best engine for it!
I was thinking of a 20v but 1 of my mates said the head flow characteristics are all wrong, and in the end run you will find more power out of a 100 kw or 86 kw 4age!
Do you think the best opt would be a 95kw 4age out of the jap sprinter?
i really want to put in a 20v and thats sorta what my head is leaning towards, but i need to know what needs to be done, and if there are some people out there who have done this before, whats the cost involved?
Please if there is anyone out there who can speak from a bit of experience, please let me know what engine you think would be the way to go!
Thanks!
1 more thing, i have read the fwd into rwd for 4ages, and just wondering what differs with the 20v?
If some one has written a article on 20v into Rwd please let me know the link!
Thanks again!

Its my opinion from what i have read that the 16v are a better all around, general purpose motor and the 20v needs to be pushed harder to get the most out of it. They are a little bit sluggish down low compared to 16v.
Ive never compared so you'll probably need to speak to people who have done the conversion for the results.
Although there are a few 20v's up and running and are making plenty of power.
Theres an ae95 that has 85rwkw which is roughly what the 16v's make at the flywheel, so its up to you.
Just my opinion

that dyno result of 85kW at the wheels has been heavily disputed in several threads.
the 20V requires a bit more work that a normal 16V 4age. Since the dizzy comes out the rear of the motor, a conversion kit is required to remove it. ALso there is a little more work required in the water outlets, and fixing up the intake plenum and other shite.
For the money, i think a normal 4age 16V is good value. Cheap, easy to find and relatively easy to convert.

Yeah, i was thinking that would be the answer!
For some reason though i think it would be alot of fun installing a 20v into the ke20 though!
Not only would it be hard, it would really challenge my skills or lack of!
What do you think you would pay for both the engine and the conversion kits etc to be needed to put the 20v in?

AE95's are 4wd so it cant be rear wheel kilowatts.
85kwatw doesnt sound right at all, not for a n/a 20v neway.
