7715 is the correct one for the MX83 (that's what I have on mine) after originally being given the 7711

It's got to do with the prongs on the indicator return mechanism. - My understanding (and you can check the indicator return mechanisim on the MX73 to be sure) is that the MX73 uses the 7711 or 7713..

the difference between the 7711 and 7713 is the hub height. The 7711 is 3" (as shown) the 7713 is 2". The 7715 is 3"
