I have an ra40 celica, I want to ungrade the brakes and was wondering what pads would give an improvement with the standard calipers. The engine is a stamdard 18r-c so I dont need major stopping power. Also theres a air recirculator on the exhaust dumping exhaust fumes into the air box, is there any problem in disconnecting that? Thanks guys.

Just go up to your local autoparts supplier and ask them for the best pad, performance wise that is available for yout car. AS for your othre problem i think you will find that all that is ther for is emmisions and crap like that, it wont effect your cars performance, but why would you want to rip it off

When I got the car there was no belt running it and theres a slight miss in the firing sequence that I havent been able to rectify yet, has anybody out there had good results from changing the carb and extractor set up on the 18r-c engine?
