and cams depends on availiblity cast billets are good or depending on what engine they might be availible stay away from steel billets as you will have to get your buckets chromed to stop them scuffing up
Just as a guide i know a guy who build customs engines and to build a block out of allumimium and pistons and crank cost $20000 and thats to him so retail would probably be around $26000 but thats for a 350 chev so u could save a bit for a 4 cyl.
