air con probem

while also sevicing my car today i realised that there was no bloody belt on the air compressor pulleys (so thats why it dosent work!) on further inspection i found that the compressor was seized. bummer
so therefore i have some questions.
do i have to replace more than just the compressor and the belt?
can sprinter air con still be re-gassed????has anyone done this? how much (ball park figure?)
$$$$$$ is what your up for. U cant get the pumps rebuilt but probably cheaper to find a secondhand one. All aircon can be regases but may need to be fitted to r134a if its still on r12. Most likely will need a tx valve to and a reciever dryer. best to get it all at once so start saving your $$$$$ as it will set u back.
