4AC and JET SKI (NOW WITH PICS) Sun, 07 March 2004 07:01 Go to next message
i've got a RWD 4AC for sale out of my sprinter, selling due to 4AGE conversion. runs well and never had any problems, will give away for a case of beer or pretty much anything, try me..... i just want it gone.

i also have a 1991 Kawasaki 650sx stand up ski for sale. its got 11 months rego,
reconditioned pump housing,
stainless prop
aftermarket ride plate
aftermarket intake grate
new steering cable.

plus heaps of spares including complete hull, pump housing, engine, CDI pack, stator etc...

these are great fun and are actually exillirating to ride, as opposed to the "arm chair" type sit down skis.

i recently put a new stator in it and havn't had a chance to get the timing right but any boat or jet ski place will fix it up very quickly. the battery is also rooted.

looking for ~$1900
i have spent quite a bit of $$$ on this and i would be keeping it if i didn't need the money so bad.

also comes with boeing trailer registered till august

pm me for pics and more information.
thanks

Richard

yes, there is a boeing trailer included in the price, it has rego till august and is in good condition.

MRNOVA: she went great, but a few winds in the stator shorted out a little while, i have replaced the stator and it now has a strong spark, i just don't have the right equipment to time it correctly, r&r jet skis in cronulla will fix it in about 10 minutes in guessing.

if anyone is wondering: engine is a 650cc twin cylinder 2 stroke reed valve, its got a 38mm mikuni but i also have a 48mm carby and manifold that is an upgrade, needs a good clean though

Hey im after a jetski.. preferably a 750SXi but im willing to compromise..

Considering all of the modifications it sounds like a good buy..

How does it run.. has it had a recent rebuild?

If you could email me some pictures i'd be very appreciative

Thanks
Keal

pics added,
more available on request.

rollaboy: i havn't touched the internals, mainly because there has never been anything wrong with them.... compression is fine etc. it is not running at the moment due to the timing being incorrect but it was going great before the stator went in it.

i'll email more pictures to whoever would like them.

price is negotiable

Richard

this is a pic of the spare hull:
its pretty much complete minus a few pieces here and there.
