What I've been looking at which seems pretty unbeatable (for the money) is Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustables and the eibach prokit.
On ebay in the US, the Illuminas go for $350USD new and the springs go for about $185USD (search for - mr2 tokico or mr2 eibach).
I haven't done the research on importing costs as I'm planning on picking mine up, but if you've got a friend over there that can unbox em and send them over '2nd hand' etc then that should get you around the import duties. Shipping worked out about $50USD from memory using www.usps.com to calculate.
