hey dudes. i am swapping in an 18rg from an ra40 into my ra65, are the engine mounts going to be ok or should i start looking for another type or 18rg mount ? cheers Gus [Report message to a moderator]

Should fit straight in. Only difference there will be with the mod is exhaust is on the opposite side from memory and your rad. Other then that should go straight in with same mounts. Also i think sump is different is it. Might wanna check that????? [Report message to a moderator]

you will haveta make sure it is legal for emissions for that model car and the exhaust is ont he same side [Report message to a moderator]

22r and 18rg share the exhaust on the same side the mounts i have will not fit the ra65 the sump i have will not fit the ra65 and therefore i also need a proper oil pickup to suit a forward sump im trying to get some parts through wreckers but its turining up dead ends, i was hoping to have this finished this weeekend coming i will let you guys know how i go if you want cheers gus [Report message to a moderator]
