Ive been looking for someone who can put 20v engine mounts into my ke20, but cant seem to find anyone who can do it for me!
I'm in the sydney area, but would be better close because of a lack of rego!!!

you should be able to get them made up then just put them in yourself, try and find a poly ureathane joint and see if they can combine yout mounts with the 20v Confused

all you really need to do is choose what rubber bits you want (like RX7 or cortina are good) then hoist the engine in, make up mounts out of bits of wood or thick carboard, then take that to an engineering shop and get them to make it up out of maybe 4mm steel.

if the engine to crossmember alignment is too different you may need to alter the cross-member as well..

maybe talk to your engineer and see who they reccomend...

you do have an engineer right?

Contact seadog from these forums as he has done this himself. And may still have the templates for the mounts he made up for the same conversion.

NO!!!!!!!!

Can you put me onto someone who is good at doing this sort of thing?

Who do you think would put these mounts in cause i really want to get this car going! Rolling Eyes
