brake upgrade for sw20

anyone know how much for a good set of brakes (calper and discs) thats are well priced to fit on an sw20 turbo???
if not i have been looking at the sorar tt brakes discs and calipers the stud pattern is the same and they are a well size brake dose anyone know anything about fitting them to a sw20, and what is involved, also what it roughly cost them to be fitted?
any help is apprecited!

Do you have the biggest MR2 turbo brakes on there at the moment?
I know the rears are a fair amount bigger on the late model cars and believe the fronts are as well. I know your car has plenty of go but with a real good set of pads I reckon the late model stuff would be sufficient unless you want to hit the track.

I have a set of the rear calipers available and can even supply them with a new seal kit through them if you wish.
The later model rears take a disc that is 18mm bigger dia and 8mm thicker - look it up at www.dba.com.au
The late model calipers and discs bolt straight up to the early model mounts and even use the same pads.
The fronts are the same size on all years though.
I'd be after $150 + postage for the calipers if you are interested.

no i dont have the rears... i have the older std but im after something thats really going to stop... Track one day soon!
And i do have a set on endless pads on them they stop quite well but im soon to be expecting a fair bit more power and i would like to have my power and my brakes matched. rather then having very underpower brakes!
bachy do u have the discs aslo... because i may be intrested in that for the time being!

No, I don't have the discs, but they are readily available through most brake places and even on ebay.
If you want them, let me know
