for 13" wheels
195 for 6 inch wide
185 for 5 inch wide
i have 185x60x14 on my 14" 7.5 inch watanabes
and will be putting 185x55x14 n my 7 inch hayashis
this will make the tires look stretched but have a smaller contact patch, and less chance of rollin off the rim, better for drift

Depends what you wanna do, i'd put a vote for 185 being a good size. Big enough to keep you on the road, small enough to let you get up to a little bit of mischief.
i had a set of crappy 175's (pos a traction or something) and in the dry i had no problems keeping up with a mate in his falcon in the twisties. A little too skatey for me in the wet though.

long ago i vowed never to buy 13 inch tyres for my sprinter, they are wearing down now and i have bought a set of 15 by 6.5 inch rims, the tyres which i have gathered are the best for this rim is 195/55R15,
if you ever want to get 15 inch rims, get them now, so you aren't wasting money on 13 inch tyres!

i have 195/50/15 goodyear eagle F1s on at the moment and the 4ac can only break them free in the wet unless im punishing it in the dry!

yeah i wouldnt mind getting the old skyline r30 15 inch rims, they look not bad!!

i've got a set of cressida rims on the car with g-grid 195/50 tyres and they grip really well. now i just need more power now.

Just try the rims first there are a few different offsets on those , theres is a difference by 10mm which makes the tyre hit the strut if using toyota struts , and running 195/50/15 tyres ..
