was reading motor today when i read about the chrysler v12 quad turbo supercar, 6 litres, 634kw@6250 rpm, 1175 nm from2500 to 6250 rpm and weighs 1300 kg.
Its most likely going into production and is going to sell at less than a mclaren f1.
i think it looks awesome too. all this from an american manufacturer?, whats goin on?.

Looks a bit like a squared up audi avis or avus or whatever it was called. I think the newest Bugatti with the W16 quad turbo would more then likely be a better drive? Well... no doubt faster in the end. Rolling Eyes

Bugatti Veyron has apparently been released earlier and is faster/more powerful.

Quick snippet

The impressive performance figures of the Veyron remain unchanged: the production version will have a top speed of 406 km/h and accelerate from a standstill to 300 km/h in under 14 seconds. The innovative W16 light alloy engine develops a phenomenal 736 kW (1001 bhp) at 6000/min and is installed in the mid-engine position ahead of the car's rear axle. Because of the W configuration, the 64 valve, 7,993 cc engine remains compact at 710 millimetres long and 767 mm wide, yet still produces a maximum torque of 1,250 Newton-metres with the help of four turbochargers.

Ummm Mercedes Benz currantly has a car out, the SL600 which is a 2 door roadster which has a 6L V12 twin turbo engine, which makes 500+ something Kw and 700+ something NM and thats de-tuned, it has the same engine as the new maybach which has over 1000Nm so take it to a performance shop and see how much power you could really get out of it,

so this new chrysler isn't anything special when you could pick the SL600 up for around $300-500 thousand,

keep in my Chrysler and Mercedes Benz is owned by the same company, "Daimler Chrysler"
