Different Gearbox Ratio Tue, 09 March 2004 11:51 Go to next message
Hey Everyone

I am in the process of performing a 20V conversion on my 91 Seca SX. I am wondering if I should change the gearbox which is my 100Kw SX Gearbox (5-speed) to the 20V Non LSD (5-Speed) gerbox.

I have been told they are pretty similar but are the ratios in the 20V box better suited to the 20V or will the SX box be sufficient?

Cheers

The c56 20v box has shorter ratios on 3rd and 4th gear.
