Yep I did just buy them But 30mm thick rotors on the front of a TA22 is just a bitch to get the right offset wheels to fit

Where there's a will, there's a way
(apologies for improper comma use, but I know what I mean)
Is it that you can't get a rotor to suit that will clear the strut/rim, or the diameter is a problem ? It took me awhile before I could get the right rotor.
28mm thick rotors would be fine, and a few spring to mind ...
Cheers

Download thier PDF catalogue... and start from there ![Smile](images/smiley_icons/icon_smile.gif)
The 300zx calipers from my measurements will be okay with a 28mm thick disc...

Choosing a rotor is the easy bit. Getting it to sit in the right position and not had the caliper over hanging the hub face is impossible. Simple as that.

Why not get the Nissan struts + discs as well ???
You would have to be able to make them fit.
If not get a bigger hammer
Just a thought !

Ummm. So ?
I have the same issue, and my mags fit. (Phew) as I purchased the mags before the brakes.
If you are restricting yourself to not having the calipers overhanging the hubs, then no 4 pot calipers would fit. You'll have to look at a sliding head type caliper (same as what was there originally.
Mind you, a set of MA61 brakes should be able to fit OK (see Norb's page) and I happen to have a set for sale as well....
GL with the sale, they are still a great price

Anyone know if there's a good range of competition pads available for 300ZX calipers?
They might be good for my new project

They are the same pads as used by 200SX, some Subies and the R33 GTR nissans, so YES.

No I don't Cool1, but I still had the same issues with the MA61. The situation may have some other pecularities, but I would have thought that most of the issues are similar.
Having said that, there is probably be an issue on a TA22 which may make it harder.

Either way, I hope that you get the braking capacity (with whatever caliper) you want
Cheers

For starters, just puting RA40 struts and hubs on increases the track by about 14mm over all. This means I only have another 6mm to play with before I have serious engineering problems.
