If you have any pics I don't have already I'd love 'em. If you sell the car, what are your plans? Did you get the mircotech installed okay (i emailed you EFI schems & pinouts last night)

dude its going in tommorow !
just thought id chuck this ad up for an idea of what the car is worth re: insurance im thinking i will put $7000 on it cos it will cost at least that to get a standard car this far

celicamad just wondering what the 540cc injectors are out of, what sort of head work did you get done.
also how much did the ecu cost you and how much to tune it.
did you do most of the work yourself cause $1500 for all these mods seems very cheap

oh no 1500 is what i have spent on mods for the engine !!....and yes that includes doing all the work myself except for porting which i let a mate do at his shop....though i am going to get the computer professionally tuned and dyno'd at the same so i can extract every last bit of power !...i bought the ECU as well as the cam off this forum for $300...
injectors are out of some mazda, bought from a wrecker for $80 each (x5)...no i dont count this as a mod obviously
porting is to be done again as i stuffed the last head up when the timing chain skipped two teeth somehow it wasnt that loose but oh well shit happens
so i will port it out further this time and use even larger valves 40/48mm so ill keep you posted on how much this will cost as we are going extreme this time, may even bore the block out to a 2.6 litre (later)....and future mods are ARP bolts everywhere, custom forged crank, pistons etc. etc. twin throttle bodies , blower and/or twin turbo...100hp shot of NOS.......
