Wish you were in Sydney. Just what I am looking for.
What wheels/tyres did you replace them with?

I'm replacing them with 17" G.Max wheels, with 215/40/17 tyres.
Wheels can be posted up to Sydney if you wish, or if were driving down sometime, you can have them fitted here and you can drive back with new shoes!
They are in real good condition.

I hope you like the new shoes.
They look great and are exactly what I wanted. I have just purchased a 1 year old white ascent 30K Kms, it fitted my budget. But I hate hub caps and think the better/wider rubber with alloys will do the car justice.
If I was in Melb I would give you $900 tomorrow, but I would be a little aprehensive about paying up without seeing them and I imagine shipping costs are not insignificant.

Well, if you want to know how they look, just walk into your local Toyota Dealer and see them on the Corolla Sportivo. They'll look great on your Ascent.
Anyone here has posted wheels interstate before? How much should it cost?

Its not so much about how they look, as I said, they are exactly what I want. I guess when you go to buy something privately you like to check the condition by feel rather than photo, size up the seller to see if they are legit and as a seller you would like to see the cash not cheques or promises. And when you pay for something you want it now.
This is just the facts of life when doing 'business' from a distance. In saying this I bought a speedo gear from a guy in the US last year, he said he would mail it to me and I should pay if I am happy (what trust) I paid him prior anyway, but it was less than $50 for a product/vendor that came recommended by another discussion board.
Wish I had another reason and the time to come down there.
Good luck with the sale
