3TGTE torque settings URGENT

Currently about to rebuild a 3TGTE, and have go no clue about what the torque settings are, i'm leaving the top end alone.. So all i need is the complete bottom end and head clamp torque settings
Any information would be great

Nark has promised to post up a tech article on the TOYMODS site from data I emailed (from my 3TGTE factory manual) in 2002. 
Seems it might be handy, again!

Sounds like a most useful thing indeed.
Suggestion: Has anyone thought about an articles / manuals / how-to section for toymods?
I would be more than happy to contribute my 2 cents worth.

Turbotoy is the name. I got the manual from Toysport in the US. They did all the work. Glad to help with the info though.
