18RG Question

I'm just wondering what aftermarket cams poeple are using in their 18RG's and what sort of results did you get?
Any big increase in mid range or top end power for instance.
What i have at the moment is an 18RG with the inlet ports taken out larger,a 4into1 extractors with a 2.5" system and 45mm webbers to feed it.
Everything else in the motor is stock and i want more power so i thought the best thing would be some cams but i don't know what sort or profile to go for so any help or construtive comments would be appreciated.
One more thing.I notice poeple talking about the duration now instead of the 30/70 or 25/65 like i'm used to so can someone tell me what this refers to.
Thanks.

u basically cant get aftermarket ones now, a person was selling HKS one on here for $500
get them reground {just the base circle}, costs like $200, but u will need new springs and shims
basically a $500 exercise
not sure of gains, but i'll find out soon

welding up the cams and grinding them enables u to modify the duration AND lift, but doing the base circle only allows the lift to be done, so u get what u pay for
