The Gti Corolla's came with 250 something size rotors and they had 14inch steel wheels on them standard.

it would be close, but let me know if they do as i got the gt apes 258mms on my car, but they are under 15s and i am unsure if the spare would fit on, so a little re assurance would help here too.

as far as im aware... the levin GT brakes do need 15's but it might be possible behind the 14"s. It think the problem isnt so much the extra 6mm of rotor.. but the extra large caliper

the caliper is exactly the same size as a ae92 levin ,its the caliper bracket that offsets it that extra 1/4" from the hub
and yes they will definately fit behind 15"s
