Im wondering if there is an easy solution to the proportioning valve situation? I didnt want to have to make all lines. I also dont have any diagrams of the valve in line.
Help!! thank you

You are going to need more than a proportioning valve to get a supra rear end into a celica.
If it is just the brakes you are putting in, best bet is to install the supra master cylinder as well.

The MA45 has a solid rear end. It shouldn't be an issue (other than track width).
With regard to the proportioning valve issue, you could fit the MA45 proportioning valve or you use an engine bay (or in cabin) mounted adjustable proportioning valve.

I was wondering if the adjustable one will work. The rear end has been modified to fit. I am using front wheel drive rims that will fit. I just havent put it in yet cause I was told that the rear brakes will drag.

Nah, they won't drag.
What might happen is on application of the brake pedal, the rear brakes may work too well resulting in preferential rear brake lockup.
Of course the converse may happen - they may not work as well as you'd like such that they never lock up.
It all depends on the ratio of master cylinder piston diameter to front and rear piston diameters respectively and your suspension setup, weight distribution, etc.
