Geez, that was a waste of time. What a pile of shittips.   Plus the previous owner looks like he got more than his fair use from that rubber on them too. 
Wrap some neon around the outer rim and replace the milkshake cups with some spinners and you'll be blinged to the extreme bro.

Here you go Joel, not quite a 28 but close.
I think they are Watanabe's but the wider superlites look much the same. I think they look fantastic on an old celica.
