If its anything like the RA28, on each side around the wheel arches (front of arches) there is a large black plastic C shaped clip. Once you pop these clips off you can slide the seat to one side and remove it from the hinge then slide it out.

What he said. Pull the bottom section off by pulling those little tabs. Then you should see the bolts, undo those. Then move the seat to a roughly 45 degree angle (or whatever it is) till the seats slide out.
