hi guys, i'm looking for a place in sydney to get a exhaust manifold for my planned 4AGTE. does anyone know a good place in sydney that sells good quality cheap front cuts (map sensored GZE's) in particular. this is hopefully how it will go (over simplified): - buy front cut of map sensored GZE - remove supercharger - remove inlet manifold and replace with 100kw 4age one - add used computer (anyone got any idea which one is most suitable) - acquire custom fabbricated exhaust manifold to suit T28 (from gtir pulsar or other fwd/4wd car)and install - put in bigger brakes, clutch/gearbox, drivelines, etc - plumb up front mount intercooler (again any suggestions i was thinking supra) - probably install bigger injectors and fuel pump
thats all i can think of if there are any huge holes in my plan please let me know because as i said, i'm planning at the moment so any advice about turbo choice/computer choice/boost controllers/BOV's/intercoolers will be greatly appreciated so cmon fellas get your heads together and help me out. thanks guys.........

- buy front cut of map sensored GZE probably a good idea, that way you can have the gearbox/LSD/driveshafts/brakes/all manner of other useful goodies. May be able to sell the wiring and computer
- remove supercharger sell this too
- remove inlet manifold and replace with 100kw 4age one yah, the standard one is a pretty ordinary looking piece of gear! 100kw one isn't too bad though
- add used computer (anyone got any idea which one is most suitable) depends what you can afford!
- acquire custom fabbricated exhaust manifold to suit T28 (from gtir pulsar or other fwd/4wd car)and install this is where the fun begins! choosing a turbo and making a manifold... how much you wanna spend?
- put in bigger brakes, clutch/gearbox, drivelines, etc steal whats with the ½cut
- plumb up front mount intercooler (again any suggestions i was thinking supra) yeah, my jza71 supra one did quite a good job at 141RWKW, you can buy mine
- probably install bigger injectors and fuel pump definately get a big arse fuel pump, standard GZE injectors are 365cc, should be fine unless you've got big plans (and plenny of $!)
Other advice I can think of, hmmm, make sure you get a decent clutch! that one caused me heartache..
Any other questions, ask away, I've spent more hours working on mine than I thought were seriously possible

thanks heaps, what do you want for the cooler, i've heard that they need to be dipped to remove the black paint and thus increase cooling ability, what are the dimensions of the cooler, let me know what power your car has and what sort of times you do. from the sounds of it (140rwkw) is it about 13.5 - 14 or so, just a guess,
