Hi, wondering if any of other cars brake kit(discs and calipers) can bolt straight onto the AE86 with no mods or minimum mods. Not very expensive for a second hand one. And don't want it to be too big, coz I've just got a set of 13" Tom's wheels. Don't have money to change wheels again. Thanks and any help will be appreciated.

and I don't want to change struts want to keep the original struts. So in this way, will this still be done?? I know the JDM one will fit, but I think they are too expensive. Thanks again.

Thanks, so who are they?? And what do they do?? They have second hand brakes for sale?? Or they make aftermarket brake kits? If they make aftermarket ones, then I won't bother try those. Must be a lot of $$$$$...
Thanks any way, maybe one of my friend wants it, he just had that kind of money to spend on his AE86, and i think he is after that kind of braking.

If you want to keep your 13" wheels, I don't think you can upgrade very far from what you have already... even RA23 Celica brakes require at least 14" wheels for clearance.
Good quality pads and perhaps a set of DBA slotted rotors will do a world of good for your existing setup though.

thanks... But you know that the stock AE86's front brake are like SOLID!!!!!!! And at least I get some Vented ones instead of those, and then I think I have to put the calipers in as well. Coz the stock one just can't hold anything.

but anyway I think I really should go for some 14" or 15" wheels. that will save some trouble. But anyway, till I get the AE86's 4ac converted.

Nothing execpt the JDM vented brakes are going to bolt on. Everything else is a converion. Wait till you get 14" rims, then use vented brakes and struts from a RA65 celica. This is still a conversion, as you may need the celica knuckles, and convert it to use the corolla springs and tops. But I think this would be the easiest and most effective way to do it. (Can also use RA60/ MA61/ Cressida struts. Or RA23/XT130 struts with Tarago vented disks)
