Heya i work at Peps Auto Spares liverpool my names ben
rules for discount are:
*up to 20% discount (maybe more if allowable) as most of our products are generally on special or at trade price.
*discount applies to stock at merchants descretion
*store has the right to refuse the discount (our stores are individually operated and i can only speak for liverpool branch)
but! most stores will co-operate and if you go to a peps store other then liverpool you can only try your luck out, i cant see why the store would not discount you.

I went to Peps on Hoxton Park rd, Liverpool today.
I mentioned i was in Toymods Car Club.
I went to buy some oil and fluids.
To my disappointment.... I got NO discount! 
I spent $100 and I mentioned Ben etc.
Not happy Jan!!! 
Whats the go??

Guys, as far as I'm aware the Club does not have any sponsorship deal with Peps (Liverpool or otherwise).
What some staff members may decide to do is not part of any official agreement with the club.

MaNGeW: Sorry to hear about what happened there, when I went in to pick up my air filter the guy serving me was not aware of the offer Ben had given me about the forum either. Luckily for me Ben was there and he told the guy we were a forum and that he had made the offer.
I believe they may be trying to arrange some kind of official arrangement for the discount as Ben was keen for us to have cards made up so that they knew who was eligable. I told him financial members have cards and to contact Rod if he wants to arrange something like that.
