hi all, i have a problem that i hope one of you knows how to fix. i downloaded that old game civilization, and it worked the first time but now it doesnt, so i tried opening another file in the civ folder which was called "civ.prf".
this then installed microsoft outlook, which is already on the computer and my whole family uses for email. not wanting to fuck something up, i didnt click 'next' on the install but instead cancel. it said that the install isnt complete so i clicked ok, and now outlook doesnt have our address book, or all of our emails, or folders, and it doesnt have our email accounts anymore.
my dad reckons that it is all gone, but i reckon that it cant just disappear. does anyone know how to help me?
the prf file used this program to open
"internet ratings and local user managment DLL"
thanks
Will

Well being since your using Microsoft you would have everything backed up anyway. So just import the address book from your backup.

yeah thats the one. i only got to play it once, and did alright, i had my capital, making a nice palace, a wonder, etc. then fucking babarians took over my capital. and then the game kept closing for no apparent reason, now it doesnt work. ??? the only problem with downloading is when you have to prove you are of royal birth, and you need the manual to look for the page with the answer.
and i am running windows xp.
