as the subject says how is this done. Ive done it and its a direct fit in but the little lugs on the inside to actually make the sparks doesnt line up how do i fix that. Does anyone have pics of how they have done this???

Usually it is a case of using an 18R dizzy.

The points "cam" part of the 18R shaft needs to be machined round until the four pointed star bit from the 22R presses into the spot.

As far as I could tell the outer ring bits just bolted into place in my brothers.

then you just put a hole in the outer casing of the dizzy and slide the cables through.

that is what ours looks like. Everything lines up.

The Witzl made it for us, so he should be able to tell you.
