No, although I have seen an 18R-GEU with an LPG carby mounted in place of the throttle body. That's a bit bodgy but I guess it would work!

Why on earth would you do a suck-thru turbo setup in this day and age?

If you're really sold on the idea though, an 18R-GEU manifold would probably be the easiest option. Having said that, you'd already be halfway towards an EFI conversion and you'd be nuts not to go the rest of the way!

It all comes down money, i can get most of the parts i need for real cheap, almost free. Otherwise I would go efi, you would have to be stupid not to. I did a search and there is a corolla manifold that fits, but which model corolla i don't know

A Corolla manifold? Most Corolla's came with A series or K series engines, and I'd be stunned if the manifolds of one of them even came close to fitting on an 18R-G... it's a much bigger engine.

I just saw an 18RG running 9psi through the stock carbies.

The guy just bolted a plenum onto the front of them. They ran, but he said that it ran differently given the weather, and it pissed out smoke at any opportunity, and misfired alot.

But seemed to make good power.

Good luck
