Im interested in some of the stuff he/she has but im unsure of quality, reliability and honesty.

Has anybody dealt with them before.

if you found them via eBay i'd check to see if they have any satisfied buyers

being on a web site for a computer store in Florida that sells/sold hardware to the Carabean and Jamaica (and last updated in 2002), i'd be a bit suspicious.
