dude
if your getting 8,000 from a dealer then take it.
it took me 12 months to sell my mr2 91 bathurst mod wich i ended up giving away for about 12,000.
i also had higher offers from dealers but when i said no then took it back they offerd me less or said they just were not interested any more.
mr2s are a hard car to sell so id say go with 8,000.

If someone would give me 10k for my car, I'd be extremely serious about that one for sure.
I take it it's been properly lowered and isn't wave riding on the bump stops?
