Any major conversion issues(having to relocate etc) on ma61 1jz conv? Wed, 24 March 2004 12:55 Go to next message
Just wodnering what problems/issues people had with putting 1jz's/2jz's into ma61's.. like relocating anything like battery or braking stuff etc.
As some of you know I didnt get my loan and am thinking of dropping the engine in myself with some help off some nice friendly people instead of paying my way.
I have not much in the way of experience so i wanna find out as much as possible before i start...

battery sits in the standard place.

for aircon, you use the standard jza70 compressor, standard ma61 condensor, and lots of fabbed lines

I haven't even bothered looking at mine. Summer is over so I can procrastinate for another 6 months at least! Laughing
