Well dude, i've been talkin to a few people and so far i've come up with the best answer, are you having cooling problems now? Then dont fix if it ain't broken. But i'n not going to wait for stuff to break, so go and get some quotes and stuff on coolers and see which comes up the most value for money vs bang for buck. oh, got the diff fixed yet?

Alittle bit of both. It's the Hotchilli range from A.R.E but have the custom inlet outlet for the piping.

I'd say abit but I don't know as I never ran the car with the stocker. Basicaly as soon as I got it I but the cooler on.

$1200 for the cooler

$252 for the SS piping
4 x 63.50mm x 1.6mm 304 90 DEG BENDS
4 x 76.20mm x 1.6mm 304 90 DEG BENDS
1 x 63.50mm x 1.6mm 304 45 DEG BEND
1 MTR 63.50mm x 1.6mm 304W TUBE
1 MTR 76.20mm x 1.6mm 304W TUBE

$300 for the silicon and bolt clamps.
Silicon was expensive at $150 for enough in both 2.5" and 3"
The SS bolt clamps were expensive too.

I got a good friend to Tig Weld them for me after I cut and taped up the piping to fit.

Expensive but it's going to support 600hp.

I agree.

Big Bar and Plate intercooler. I have a hybrid sitting next to me going in next weekend. Hopefully will make a marked improvement.

Its 600x300x80 with custom end tanks 3" inlet/outlet... It should fit. SHOULD Smile

It will also be more than adequete for anything crazy I do to the turbo system when I decide to do it.

You shouldn't have a problem with that size.

Mine is a 600x300x90 and it fit just fine. Only cutting was on the bonnet latch support.
