my mechanic just called and said they can't fit the new turbo cause the exhaust fitting is a different shape!! he said the one i had on the old engine is square, and this one is a rectangle! what would be the cheapest way out? [Report message to a moderator]

Take the old turbine housing off and put it on the new turbo!! That only works if the Turbine itself is the same!! [Report message to a moderator]

no the turbo of the st185, onto my exhaust which appears to be custom built for the gen1 3sgte but its ok, I just went and bought the dump pipe that was in the front cut my engine came out of so problem fixed...hopefully [Report message to a moderator]
