Just a quick question
one of my mates has a little problem
he has 1 ke30
and 1 4agze
what does he need to put them together.

he needs t-50 gearbox,ae86 or ae71 crossmember or custom engine mounts on the ke30 crossmember,decent fuel pump,modify inlet manifold to rwd and thats bout all i can think off atm....goodluck

cheers i got told you could make a ae71 cross member fit but was not sure bout the ae86,

I'm not so sure about a complete crossmember swap, I think the AE71/86 is a bit wider than the KE30.
Anyone else confirm?

KE70/86 chassis rails 'splay' out, and will not directly bolt into KE30, which has narrower rails.
KE70/86 have rack and pinion (good) but have wider track.
all yu need to put it in is half an idea, it is the same as any other conversion, ie speak to your engineer first
