does any one know the correct torque settings for a 3sgte for the cylinder head????

what gen??
the following is for the 205.......and I did it to my 185 also
do all head bolts to 49Nm (36 foot pound)
then do them all an extra 90 degrees
Do you need the order??

Those figures are from the st205 toyota repair manual.
And I have been told by a Toyota mechanic the figures are the same for the 185.
