Front control arms Sat, 27 March 2004 10:15 Go to next message
G'day all
I spent the day out at the self serve wreckers in Baxter, trying to work out which control arms im going to use for my ke25.

The struts and steering arms that Im using are sa63. I tried the steering arms on a mx32 cressida control arm and the ball joint spindle is too big. So I thought Id try knocking out the ball joint on both the sa63 and the mx32 control arms and the mx32 ball joint is bigger in diameter the the sa63.

The next car I tried was a mx62 and it was the same story.

So what I need to know is what control arm do I need so I can use the sa63 steering arms (they are nice and short). Or do I just get a pair of cressida arms and ream out the sa63 arms.

Sorry for the long post. Thanks Damian.
