Im looking to purchase a TRD clutch and pressure plate , Anyone know why there are 2 types depending on year of AE92 GTZ
87.5-90.9 4A-GZE 31210-AW161
90.10-91.6 4A-GZE 31210-AE051
They are different pressures , would they be interchangable ?

The AE101 SC lists the same clutch as the latter term AE92 i own the earlier term AE92 ? Could i use the latter term AE92 / AE101 clutch and pressure plate or are they different gearboxs ?

gearboxes basically the same.
one clutch is made for the aw11, the other for fwd ae92+
probably the same unit. you may find that they only make the later unit now anyway

Nope, not the same unit. The width and number of teeth are different, as is the depth of the flywheel.

Would it be worth picking up a AE101 SC Box ? Any advantages over my early term AE92 SC box ?
