just jokin dude

Laughing

i've been waiting to use that pic Very Happy

you can pic up a decnet colour printer for a $100 - $200
you just have to ask how many sheets per cartridge it says it somewhere on the box

it also depends on the dpi (quality) you use when you print and if your a print whore or not.

Check out the Auctions at..

ebay is good for cheap (non genuine) ink cartridges.
eg - Canon BCI6 are about $28 retail - Non genuine $6.00

As for printers - www.graysonline.com.au
online autions from HP quite often..

I picked up 3 demo model HP5550's for $29 each

current examples

Get a lexmark from aldi when they have them. You usually get a printer and two cartridges for less than the cost of a replacement cartridge. Just stock up on printers.

I bought an Epson Stylus 640 for $40 on eBay. I bought a set of refil kits for nix from some refill company who shipped them down from QLD. Haven't had to buy anything for like a year

had NO problems. the colours are not perfect, but hey, it is for mainly University essays and the odd piccie

Yeah, they have them quite regularly, just the smaller models but at around $59 to $69 you cant really go wrong. Just throw it away and get another one out of the box. Check your locazl paper, that's where I see their ads for them.

genuine cartridges last in the long run, you pay more yet pay less down the track.

We used to get refills at work but now only stock genuine stuff

Im looking to get the HP 1210, print, copy, scan all in one for around $170.
