hey. just wondering if there is any throttle sencor that fits onto the 18rge throttls body with 4 pins? what car is it out of?

All late model Toyota TP sensors are 4 pin. You would just have to try a few to see if they fit your throttle shaft.

try a magna TM-TS 4cyl, that have 4 pin plugs
or a VL
