No not all. The Group A ones have fitted but not active the anti lag system on the manifold. All models in OZ are Group A's but they did sell non Group A version in Japan which didnt have the wing and some other features.
Some say the Group A's also run a more aggressive mapping but I dont think this has been confirmed yet.

A decent st185 group A will set you back anywhere from 18 for a roughy to 22K upward
st205's start at about 25K from local searching and ours are the st205 Group A WRC model - which had a few extras as mentioned like non funtioning anti lag system , water injection , and a water spray for the heat exhanger.
the uatralian ones are very hard to find - and the 15 year law hasnt kicked in yet for jap imports so your going toi have great fun finding one ..
An St185 group A is a bit easier to find
