AE93 SX Wheels - HELP PLS!

Gday guys,
Looking at getting new mags for my ae93 SX, what wheel settings and stuff are they?
i found a pair of multi fits (( Size 17 x 7 10-100/114.3 +40 for 5 stud 5-100 or 5-114.3 only )
These will fit right?

The stud pattern is 4x100, so they won't fit.
Offset is around +30 to +40 I think.
