Can anyone tell me where I can buy a rear hatch rubber seal for my ae86.
Not sure if this is the problem because the rubber seems to be fine but I'm getting redicules amount of fumes in my cabin.
Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah I had that problem in mine. I got a new seal from rare spares.
It did help. but didn't eliminate it. Moving the exhaust tip out another inch or so helped also.

Thanks heaps mate,
By the way I did a serch on these forums on ae86 lsd conversion, and you were poping up everywhere. There is so much stuff, but I'm still confused on what to do. I've got a massive headache from it.
Have you sought out your diff.

Is this your first hatchback?
All hatches suck in fumes if you have only one window open. It creates a low pressure area in the back and sucks in all those monoxides. Have you tried lowering you passenger window a little.
Works for me, the ma61 does it as well even with an intact seal.

This is my 7th hach back car and the only one with the problem.
Thanks for your suggestion about opening the passenger window, I'll try this.

Hi Paul how're you going.
I drove you car and it wasn't as half as bad as mine.
I've never smoked a ciggarette in my life but in the last month of driving my car I think i've made up for it.

Try checking for an exhaust leak and a big ass rust hole. Mine has both and you would die from asphyxiation if you don't open both windows.

Thanks for the advice but I know that there is no rust in the car and it has a new 3" exhaust.
Hay what happens when it rains you people, do you still leave the widows open and get drenched.
Might have to keep a spare raincoat in my car for those rainy days.
