when i had my 20V at TDC, the points on the cam gears were both slightly facing the middle of the engine, once you've done this an easy way to see is if you take off the rocke cover and you can see if the lobes are clear of the valves

a dot on each cam fill face upwards
they should match dots or lines on the cover around the gears

then in the middle between the 2 gears there should be a dot and a line
they will match up with eachother

one gear has dot opther has line
they should be lined up
