Replacing oil pump on the 3S-GTE Fri, 09 April 2004 08:25 Go to next message
I have to replace the oil pump on my 3S-GTE and I'm just wondering if I should use some gasket goop with the new gasket. Or should the gasket be enough? Anyone have any ideas?

A light smear of Loctite 515 on the gasket between the oil pump housing and block and use O Ring grease on the O Ring between the pump and pump housing .

But I only have LOCTITE Blue RTV and some LOCTITE No4 Confused
