running a 18rgeu with a points dizzy

just wondering if the efi 18rgeu can run with a points dizzy. It was supposivly running like that when i bought it but was told it didnt run properly. could it have been because of the dizzy. If not anygot a elec 18rg dizzy for sale.

I dont see why not they are fuel only computers. I am going to put my 18RGEU dizzy in the RGU and see if there is a difference between the two and ill let u know if that is any help.
